Mission 2021/2022 Atlasbridges

The more people participate, the stronger we are!

For the year 2021-2022, Atlasbridges has drawn up five sub-objectives as a mission, to express our goal: Atlasbridges wants to represent its members more strongly at regional, national and international level, through more contact with university consultative bodies, national organizations and umbrella youth organizations. At an international level, Atlasbridges strives for closer cooperation with international organizations and governments, including Morocco, Jordan and Egypt for its other and regional activities.

During the Atlasbridges activities we always look for Moroccan and Arabic Islamic characteristics and added value of the activity. Being “Moroccan, Arab-Muslim, Dutch” comes first. We want to achieve this by organizing several national, large-scale activities. See our agenda.

Identity & profiling

Atlasbridges strives to promote Moroccan and Arab Islamic culture and identity. We want to highlight this more in 2010-2011 through activities, newsletters, digital maps and the website. In addition, Atlasbridges will take an active stance with regard to sustainability development, exchange programs and current social issues, including: Health & Care, Child Labor and Water Management & Desertification.

Income from Atlasbridges

In 2010-2011 we will again pay attention to recruiting sponsors. The board also wants to ensure that our members can enjoy member discounts on third-party products and services. Furthermore, Atlasbridges is launching its own fund on 10-10-10: AtlasFonds

Recognition by municipalities and governments

The recognition of Atlasbridges by municipalities and government institutions has been an important goal of the board since 2003. Thanks to this recognition, many activities have been possible.

People help

Atlasbridges is committed with heart and soul to the poor, sick and disenfranchised, for social and economic justice. We support them and their organizations through benefits, collections, campaigns and information: current actions: SOS South Morocco, SOS Palestine; Atlas project, Smile, EduMed project, Water&Agriculture project, Desert Rose project, etc. See our agenda for more information.
