A tailor-made study trip:
Study trips on assignment are trips that are specially developed to measure. For your organization or, for example, a group of participants who work together within a project. In recent years, we have organized study trips for many different clients with various themes and goals. The latter could include excursions for a specific department, the management team, but also for an entire service or the municipal council. Study trips are also used for excursions in the context of a project start-up. They are therefore very suitable for going out together as a group within a project and reflecting with each other. This has a positive effect on mutual relationships and benefits cooperation. Customized trips are specifically tailored to your situation and wishes. In all cases, two elements are central: •Learning about the situation elsewhere; •Exchanging ideas about it with each other and obtaining a 'common feeling'; Experience to date has shown that this works well. All groups that we have guided so far come back enthusiastically. With a customized trip, a program is put together in consultation with the client that fits the goal and the group in question. If desired, we can extend the study trip with a kick-off conference for the participants or a 'return meeting', where the impressions gained are discussed. During the study trip, space is made for mutual reflection. After the study trip, we can also (co)lead a project in which a translation takes place to the local situation. If this appeals to you, please contact us without obligation. We are happy to think along with you about your ideas and principles and will then come up with a suitable proposal.
