Communication is such an essential part of our actions that we almost overlook it. By highlighting communication and considering it as an integral part of the policy process, AtlasBridges Institute breaks through this self-evidence. Communication not only has a management function within the organization, it is also the instrument to be used within a policy process. A good communication strategy brings together policy intentions and their organization. The communication function of many policy organizations is currently under pressure. We see an increasing focus on the positioning of the organization as a partner in policy processes. Making and realizing policy is inextricably linked to collaboration. A prerequisite for collaboration is insight into one's own identity. The institute can provide support in the development and implementation of a strategy for internal (intercultural) and corporate communication. But also externally when it comes to communication to specific target groups.
